We are looking for a Product Manager to build products that enable the organization and its third-party customers to leverage the rich data we collect from our users. As part of the product team, you will be responsible for the roadmap of Business Intelligence products. These products include reporting, Insights, and planning tools. What you will do
- own end to end product lifecycle for the company's BI product suite)
- Drive a deep understanding of the utilization of our current BI products
- Talk to end-user, understand business processes and identity needs
- Define product specifications, mockups, and interfaces
- Develop the product roadmap and review with executive leadership
- Develop the product working closely with engineering teams
- Document and train end-users on metrics, analytics products, and data solutions.
Product-specific items:
- Define reporting packages for new products and programs
- Define intuitive UX for getting insights and enable reporting key metrics for core programs across the business
- Leverage and manage analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Firebase, OneTrust, Tableau, user community mgmt
- Define interfaces for providing data to planning, forecasting, and data feed systems
- Define specifications for integrating data and data set created from production and third party SaaS system into data warehousing systems for consumption by analytics tools, products, data scientists, and analysts
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Engineering
- MBA or Masters in a technical discipline is a plus
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in a Product Management role, preferably for an e-commerce or business focusing on Analytics or Business Intelligence products.
- Knowledge of data pipeline design, understanding of integration and data transformation standard methodologies
- Experience with productizing dashboards in products like Tableau, Power BI, Oracle Analytics.
- Experience with leveraging and supporting user needs with products like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Omniture/ Adobe Analytics.
- Strong prioritization and project/ program management skills, including timely
- Strong facilitation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience and proficiency with big data systems (Hadoop, Spark, Impala, etc.) and data related programming languages (SQL & Python)
- Deep analytical abilities, strong out-of-the-box thinking, curious business, and technical aptitude, and an ability to drive action
- Leadership skills to influence peers, executives and see projects through to timely completion in an agile environment
