Product Manager - IT

Job Description:

As a Product Manager , you will be leading the business platform to drive buying of motor insurance and micro products. You will have an end to end ecosystem.

The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be a high-performing individual who owns the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation and is also responsible for managing the team. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.

Educational Qualifications:

-B.Tech/B.E in Computers, -B.Tech/B.E in IT, or MBA/PGDM Other,

- Craft a coherent product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Saathi platform

- Execute and Define Roadmpas: This means being constantly biased towards action, being in the details with data, focusing on the most important problems, building strong collaborative relationships with other teams, always thinking of the customer first, and rapidly iterating towards something demonstrably awesome.

- Champion and ship bold product bets that will significantly alter the business trajectory.

- Manage team of product managers

Candidate Attributes:
