Product Manager - IT

The Perfect Candidate is a:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field

- 2-3 years in product management, focused on LOS, LMS, or other lending platforms.

Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Lending systems, BREs, Communication workflows, and Reporting mechanisms in the Fintech/BFSI domain.

Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on scalability and efficiency.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools for product development.

Technical Acumen: Familiarity with technology stacks, APIs, and system integration frameworks.
