Product Manager

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to ideate, develop and operationalize product strategy and execution for the Product. This will include working with individual product Engineering, design, and various other stakeholders to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds while keeping a close watch on the market and competition

- Manage, groom, maintain and Prioritize Product roadmap

- Bring thought leadership in data to the decisions value chain by having a deep understanding of ETL/ETL, Dataops, Devops, MLops space

- Keep a tab on Market and competitive view, changing trends, and finetune Product customer and market fit

- Help maintain customer Pipeline and ensure customer product success

- Work closely with multiple stakeholders like Sales, presales, Design, and Engineering services to ensure product success

- Working with product Engineering execute vision/roadmap, Features and translate them to technical tasks (techno-functional understanding of product domain)

- Planning & Execution: Assisting in the agile scrum to ensure product build, and delivery to QA/PROD/CUSTOMER as per the priorities and order set in the product backlog by the Product Manager

- Ensure timely and quality release for the Product

- Work with product Architect to drive R&D, Tech reviews, performance, scalability, and security aspects of the platform, integration of the right tech Services

- Evangelize Product and assist in GTM activities

What are we looking for?

- Proficiency in Product management methodology and frameworks

- Proficiency in Data to decisions value chain having managed products in one or more areas like ETL/ELT, Data Catalog, Data governance, Dataops, Devops, MLops, ML Engineering, Data lake, data warehousing, Data on cloud

- Exposure to Data & AI products in previous experience.

- Thought Leadership, Market and competitive view in Data to decisions value chain

- Applies Data-driven approach to product execution and strategy

- Have experience working directly with Executives

- Solid experience with agile methodologies

- Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments and relate well to people at all levels of the organization.

- Demonstrated experience working with global product teams and engineers.

- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to influence change outside your control and build stakeholder support.

- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to get results through formal channels and informal

- Strong and concise verbal presentation and written skills.

- Self-starter who is energetic, enthusiastic, adaptable, and a customer-oriented team player. Good to Haves:
