Product Manager - Investment/Mutual Fund Product

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Product Manager to help us build the next-generation Fintech products with our team.

We are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of the Fintech industry and be able to translate market trends, customer needs, and business objectives into innovative product solutions.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Work with team management to define product strategy, features, and priorities.

2. Conduct usability studies to understand customer pain points/challenges/requirements.

3. Prepare crisp and detailed product requirement documents (PRDs).

4. Define and wireframe the user journeys and flows.

5. Work with UX designers, developers, and testers to develop and release the feature.

6. Engage with external partners/vendors to identify integration requirements.

7. Monitor and track utilization/performance of features post-release.

8. Possess a solid understanding of technical concepts related to Fintech products, including API

integrations, blockchain, data encryption, and data security.

9. Continuously optimize and improve products based on data-driven insights.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years in Product Management at a Fintech-first company.

2. Demonstrate a critical understanding of business processes and challenges.

3. Good working knowledge into B2C Domain.

4. Must have developed 0-1 Product in fintech Domain or B2C.

5. Comfortable being the 'face of the product' who can clearly set and communicate product requirements.

6. Passionate about user experience and building delightful digital products.

7. Strong technical acumen with ability to engage in deep technical design discussions.

8. Proficiency with wireframing tools like Figma, Balsamiq, Adobe Illustrator etc.

9. Experience with business intelligence platforms like Power BI, Metabase etc.

10. Understanding of product analytics frameworks like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude.

11. Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, to facilitate effective communication with the development team.
