- Reduced COGS by 30pp for health brand through packaging, menu and pricing optimization.
- Created a framework for identifying issue dishes, worked with culinary operations and supply chain to replace high cost items and ingredients
- Reduced Out of stock to from 20% to 5% for the brands by setting up a multi functional process.
- Identified the causes, replaced out of season ingredients, set up a process of fulfillment and emergency local sourcing at the kitchen
- Created FY'20 launch & scale up plan for 3 private brands across 100+ kitchens. Identified key geographies for each brand based on consumer segments, estimated the potential gap vs AOP
