Exp : 6 - 15 Years
- Understand users as well as broader business needs for content operation workflows and design intelligent solutions.
- Set ambitious, time-sensitive, and achievable product and business goals.
- Curate the roadmap needed to deliver on key business goals for the platform.
- Build alignment across product teams, cross-functional team leads and the leadership team.
- Partner with Engineering, Data Science and Design to execute, test and scale platform features.
- Communicate concisely and influence outcomes.
- Challenge the status quo and inspire people to transform our product.
The ideal candidate must have :
- 3 - 6 years of product management experience.
- 2+ years of experience with online marketplaces, or SaaS or workflow software
- Demonstrated track record of product innovation and ability to influence teams
- Passion for building great user experiences based on qualitative and quantitative data coupled with product intuition
- Radical thinking paired with strong, tenacious execution. Ability to envision a world different than the status quo and articulate and drive a clear path to get us there
Detail orientation - Prior experience with content marketplaces or content operations is a plus but not required
