Product Manager - Internet/Online

Role: Product Manager

Location: Noida/NCR

Reporting to: Product Lead

Job Purpose

Create a world-class platform and improve customer engagement and satisfaction and have complete ownership of the product road map with its development plans for Digital platform of the company. This individual will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of feature roadmap, development prioritization, backlog management, data driven customer centric decision making and managing domestic and international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Product Development:

- Expert in ideation of products and conceptualizing solutions that are elegant, while being strongly consumer focussed. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Apsalar/Appsflyer , Firebase is a plus.

- Strong organizational and project management abilities with experience in Agile/Lean methodology and stakeholder alignment.

- Zeal for numbers with a deep understanding of usage analytics and data driven decision making. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, ASO and performance marketing is a plus.

- Expert in creating intuitive Interaction design flows (Wireframes) for mobile + web and have a deep, holistic understanding of web (PWA) and APP platforms.

- Ability to identify key risks, dependencies, and partner with cross functional teams to build product strategy and always keep shipping!

- Ability to influence, motivate and advocate user needs to the team and key stakeholders by regularly sharing user feedback, feature impact & usage data at the same time, balancing business priorities with user's needs.

- Detailed understanding of key technology trends and digital ecosystem.

Qualifications

- MBA with an equivalent engineering degree (in Computer Science or IT will be a plus)

- 3-6 years of Digital Product Management Experience

- Thorough understanding of the Digital ecosystem

- Ability to manage agile product development and sprint cycles
