Business Growth: Develop strategies to scale loan products, increase revenue, and optimize processes. Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless operations with lending partners by managing policies, workflows, and compliance. Customer & Market Insights: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and lender offerings to create competitive lending solutions. Risk & Portfolio Management: Monitor loan portfolio quality, work with risk & analytics teams, and implement corrective measures. Product Innovation: Design and launch new lending products tailored to specific business segments. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with tech, legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure smooth execution. Key Skills & Requirements: - 3-6 years of experience in lending partnerships within Fintech, NBFC's, or Banks. - Strong knowledge of business loans, digital lending, underwriting policies, and lender-specific offerings. - Experience in small-ticket business loans and end-use restricted lending. - Exposure to lender P&L management is a plus. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
