Product Managers - Internet/Mobile/Analytics

We have exciting positions for Product Managers, Gurgaon.

Position1: Product Manager – Front End, Mobile

Location: Gurgaon

Job Description:

- Responsible for New Product Development initiatives in product management

- Define and conduct market research to gain better understanding about user behaviour and competition.

- Analyze data to understand user behaviour and use the insights to continuously improve the product offering.

- Grow existing product and develop new ideas by continuously evaluating market needs

- Gather detailed functional requirements and create product requirement documents (PRDs) to increase profitability

- Effectively manage trade-offs between costs/schedules versus customer benefits

- Ensure PRDs, flow diagrams and wireframes are translated to live product and drive problem resolution on implementation of new features

Skill Set

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Product Management covering all the aspects of

- Product Life cycle - Conceptualizing, Product Development, Product Integration and Product Launch

- Strong analytical skills.

- Must have a solutions driven approach

- Ideally should have worked in start-up environment

- Should understand building and growing products in internet and/or mobile space

- MBA from a reputed institute is a must

- Experience between 3 – 6 years

Position 2: Product Manager - Analytics

Location: Gurgaon

Job Description:

- Responsible for establishing and leading the analytics function that will deliver actionable insights, analyses and recommendations for increasing product profitability.

- Responsible for analysing online consumer traffic through the systematic use of data driven insights.

- Responsible to add value to analytics based framework/activities and ensure insights are actionable and aligned with Product Roadmap.

- Implementing new techniques/tools and approaches that best utilize available data.

- Utilize data driven insights and deliver measurable results to the Product.

- Increase awareness of Analytics and its value to the New Product Development.

- Oversees Market research, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs.

- Model behaviour using data and probability and other statistical tools

Skill Set

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Product Management – Analytics covering all the aspects of Product Life cycle - Conceptualizing, Product Development, Product Integration and Product Launch

- Strong analytical skills.

- Strong in probability and Statistical Analysis

- Must have a solutions driven approach

- Ideally should have worked in start-up environment

- Experience between 3 – 6 years, preferably with in analytics (Big Data)
