Purpose of the Job :
Product development and management, sales support and enablement for Internet/MPLS Service in Domestic and International markets with the objective of ensuring increase in product and service profitability, customer experience enhancement and market competitiveness formulating product strategy & product roadmap and executing the same to develop existing and new customers product lifecycle management, new product / service / technology development and network expansion to deliver effective product solutions to meet customer requirements in various geographies and markets.
Key Deliverables :- An ideal candidate will have experience in product management and/or enterprise or service provider solutions and/or engineering for
Domestic and international markets.
- Identification and execution of investment strategy for new pops and access backbone.
- Management and negotiation of complex contracts with customers, partners & suppliers
- Responsible for Managing India ISP/MPLS network Eco-system and Global Peering and
- Interconnection relationship with CDN/OTTs/Carriers.
- Working with Global carriers to understand their network footprints & strengths and manage internal requirements for best fit.
- Close interaction with finance, network strategy, Planning & engineering team for rolling out new technology platforms basis customers and business requirements.
- Detailed Budgeting and Interlocks with Planning/technology teams for network capacity projections to achieve the AOP targets.
- Managing partner alliances for captive, wholesale and enterprise customers need.
- Explore new product avenues and associations for creating new offering/features in Market.
- Drive GTM ,product promotions through Pre-sales and Sales teams.
- Constantly driving Key Cost efficiency initiatives for the respective costs to improve cost structure so as to keep the product profitable and competitive in the market.
- Monitor & Drive Initiatives to continuously improve processes, customer and product experience.
- Establishing key messaging and branding for the product.
- Identifying and Driving Digital interventions needed for the operations/experience of the product.
- Ensuring and driving product features, processes and due diligence to ensure Regulatory compliances vis- vis product/market.
Key Demonstrate :- Engineer & MBA (preferred) with 7-10 years of experience.
- An ideal candidate will have experience in product management and/or enterprise or service provider solutions and/or engineering.
