1.1 To define the Target group of a specific brand
1.2 To understand the consideration, non consideration, EV penetration of a particular product in focus countries
1.3 Develop insights for the category by identifying the need / gap
2.1 By defining the marketing challenge / problem and developing the rollout plans
2.2 By creating regular marketing communication collaterals and digital artworks meeting the demands of different countries
2.3 Building marketing campaign for a particular brand(s) in the operating geography
2.4 Monitoring the brand communication effectiveness and ensuring desired customer experience
3.1 Maintain MIS for the brand and monitor the target achievement
3.2 Plan and achieve the rollout and volume for the brand(s) by closely working with Country managers, distributors and dealers
3.3 Plan achievement of NPD volume and market share in key geographies
