The position will report to the Director - International Business & Clinical Initiatives, help in designing global marketing strategy & collaterals, brand campaigns, strategic framework for product portfolio and launch of a new marketing campaign, mapping, and participation of global & regional congress along with execution of clinical registries on products.
Candidate must have experience in cardiac segment ( device or pharma) in the international market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales team to run marketing campaigns for all customers around the globe for revenue achievement and fencing strategy.
- Shall be responsible for creating marketing budgets and AOP.
- Country specific launch of products.
- Country specific go to market strategy building.
- Developed and executed marketing campaigns for lead generation and brand visibility.
- Global & Regional Congress mapping, Participation in congresses, competition insights & KOL engagement.
- Execute Clinical registries on products & support clinal & sales team for better understanding.
- Distributor & Team trainings every Qtr. and need basis, competition insights with brand positioning strategy.
- Designing Marketing Collaterals, Brand Campaigns - QTR & Yr. Planning
- Defining distributor & KOL engagement program at Global level.
- Developing the Global Marketing strategy and support for Cardiology brands
- Developed a strategic framework for product portfolio to create the right product mix for focus and promotion.
- Strengthen the distribution network and developing new customers in the assigned territory.
- Conceptualize, developed and spearheaded the launch of a new marketing campaign.
- Need based travel to assigned market for strengthening business relation with existing customers and finding new business possibilities for company.
