Mandatory Requirement:

- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in product management, with a strong emphasis on technical product experience.

- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (e.g.,Scrum, Kanban) and a strong understanding of DevOps principles.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Technical Visionary:

- Possess a strong grasp of emerging technologies and how they can be leveraged to solve user problems and propel product differentiation.

Product Strategy & Roadmap Champion:

- Develop and own the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.

- Conduct market research, analyze competitor offerings, and identify technical opportunities to inform product strategy.

Customer & User Advocacy:

- Partner closely with customer success and support teams to gather user feedback and translate it into actionable product requirements.

Technical Expertise:

- Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for complex features.

- Bridge the communication gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Process Optimization Specialist:

- Work with engineering to streamline product development processes, identify and implement tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps) for efficient product delivery.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

- Leverage data analytics to track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and measure the impact of technical features on user behavior and business goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Master:

- Foster a collaborative environment by working seamlessly with cross-functional teams throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Communication Powerhouse:

- Articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to a diverse range of audiences.

Technical Fluency:

- Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard technical tools and methodologies to support product development.

Industry Savvy:

- Possess a deep understanding of Insurance/Insurance.

- Broking industry & technical landscape, allowing you to anticipate evolving trends and translate them into innovative product solutions.

Qualification and Experience:

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with API design and development.
