Responsibilities :
Sales Support:
- Support sales team with queries on polices and act as an intermediary between sales team and insurer for further clarifications
- Provide data through market research on Customer expectations and market trends
- Maintain an elaborate and correct documentation of the decisions taken and policies distributed
- Contribute to the development of an automated process for underwriting
- Alignment with cross functional key stakeholders for business delivery and customer centricity
- Owning interdepartmental queries and issues management/resolution
- Owning departmental audit and responsible for resolution and of process adherence
- Follow compliance and regulatory requirements
- Ensure timely compliance reporting
- Funnel Management
- Create monthly sales plan - Leads, cost and sales
- Work closely with the internal stakeholders for delivery of leads within agreed budgets
- Track daily inflow of leads
- Identify areas where there is a drop in funnel and set processes to fix the same
- Work closely with analytics to improve sales funnel
Desired Skills:
- A Graduates/Post graduates with a minimum 5 years of experience.
- Prior experience in Insurance & Product management.
- Existing experience with a broker / corporate agent in insurance tele- sales would be added advantage.
- Understanding of Insurance business is a must
- Should have excellent communication skills along with strong inter-personal skills.
- Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self-starter
