Job Description

- Responsible for anchoring process & system design to drive retail growth

- Driving solutions to enhance sales productivity & customer convenience

- Lay out processes for smooth business distribution & operations

- Design seamless Integration with partner systems and processes

- Benchmark processes against best practices

- Define, measure and monitor process efficiency & quality

- Drive quality initiatives

- Scope IT system requirements and drive technology solutions

- Ensure implementation of compliance framework
