Product Manager - Insurance

Product Development:

- Idea Generation ,Designing, implementation, launch and monitoring of Retail Health Products for Health LOB.

- Consult relevant Stakeholders on new product ideation and incorporate guidance into product formulation

- Create product construct/coverage wordings, working directly with various stakeholders for timely consensus and sign off

- Evaluation of product ideas by overseeing price and feature benchmarking along with Actuarial team and Reinsurance providers

- Follow defined process to obtain governance approval from PMC and the product filing process with the Regulator.

Portfolio Monitoring:

- Review performance of products YoY of each Health LOB and preparing detailed report for the Senior Management .

- Product Portfolio Analysis

- Actual GWP Achieved Vs Budget

- Target vs Actual Loss Ratio

- Channel's understanding on product and understanding gap, if any

- New/Existing Competitors in same Product Line and understanding, any change in their strategy.

- Channel Strategy to promote/ increase sale of the product

- Improvision Required in product/sales pitch

- Preparing GAP/SWOT Analysis report.

- Identify lead channel for the products to ensure optimal product - channel alignment
