Product Manager - Infrastructure Managed Services

We are looking for a Product Manager - Managed Services for one of our MNC client.

The incumbent should have experience in - Managed services, Remote infrastructure services, Managed hosting, web hosting.

The brief JD is given below :

- Develop customized RIMM delivery models for large outsourcing projects

- Work with Solution architects, operations team, engineering, finance etc to develop the right business solution to customers RIMM requirements

- Customize pricing structure for each RIMM deal to make it a winning proposition

- Develop customized SLAs and reward/penalty models for each deal

- Work with Third party partners to integrate services/tools and provide a single RIMM offering to customers

- Hand-hold the transition and operations team to ensure a seamless transition of project from pre-sales to delivery stage

- Analyze RFP requirements and provide relevant inputs to bids team and solution architects

- Work on qualified RFPs for RIMM projects to enable solution architects to develop the complete solution

- Should be able to understand trends in the outsourcing industry and develop strategic plans to enter new accounts
