Roles and Responsibilities:-

- As a Product Manager, you are expected to create journey of any product feature/lifecycle end to end which includes creating Wire frames, Requirement document and driving the project right from conceptualization to taking it live.

- Must have worked on Wire framing tools like mocking bird, balsamiq.

- Must have deep understanding of customer experience journey on various app based platforms(Android/IOS), & should be able to identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience and drive growth.

- Proven ability to deliver first class customer experiences with a deep understanding of UX best practices and deliver products.

- Experience in defining product requirements, working with different verticals within the organization like engineering, marketing, QC, Analytics.

- Study the competitors' products/apps and come up with suggestions to bring value to product& improve customer experience.

- Must have a 360 degree approach when it comes to any feature or product improvement and should be able to analyze impact for all platforms and other system dependencies.

- Must have a good ability to analyze data from analytical tools and draw inferences which can beapplied inimproving product/customer journey & experience.

- Must have a Data driven approach for solving any complex problems.

- Experience in Video platform & OTT is a plus

- Must have a good know how of the marketing automation tools i.e is used for sending notifications, emails & promotion of campaigns

- Should have a fair understanding on how major platforms like Android/Ios work

- Know their limitation/benefits.

- Worked on any payment gateways or in app purchases is a plus.

- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.

Technical Skills:

- Should have managed Products/solutions with a significant cloud component.

- Exposure to AWS/ Cloud Platform/CDN strongly preferred.

- Its a plus to have familiarity with querying databases.

- Its plus to have understanding on how DRM services work.

- Plus to have someone who has deeper understanding about how APIs work
