Product Manager - Platform - IMPS - BFSI

- API Integrations (including testing, Staging, Pre prod, Production) of new clients on IMPS platform.

- Platform Stability : Defining BRS, test cases and conducting tests of all fixes( scheduled/ adhoc).

- Platform Hygiene : Investigating issues related to fraud, customer service in close coordination with FCPRMG, CSPB, CSQG and other control group.

- Operational efficiency : Digitization of broken OPS process related to IMPS or new products in IMPS technology - from design to delivery.
