Job Description:
- Responsible for the instrument and reagents business targets for the assigned product group.
- Development of the annual marketing plan and for controlling advertising, promotion and sales aids in accordance with the annual marketing plan.
- Planning and implementation for new product launches. Conducting new launch market research on the size, requirement, potential competition, and product positioning and generation of entire business plan.
- Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders.
- Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.
- Involved in the entire project planning for Key customers. Analyzing workflow, work time, productivity enhancement for the customers.
- Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product. This involves printed and electronic promotional material, product training, and relevant clinical papers.
- Responsible for reviewing product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitors- products.
- Participation in events and/or Organizing events such as congresses, conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
- KOL Mapping, Development and engagement.
- Responsible for suggesting and driving the Cross Functional Initiatives.
- Liase with External vendors, Logistics team, Regulatory team, Service team & Local safety officer for issues related to marketing materials, inventory management, product registration, product related notifications and other audit requirements.
- Maintains product management staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
