Job Title : Product Manager - Home Loans

Job Location : Gurgaon

Grade : Manager/Senior Manager

Job description :

- Coordinating with cross-functional teams like Operations, Credit and Sales, to create and continuously enable changes in Loan Origination and Management Systems.

- Documenting of requirements obtained from the business related to the loan life-cycle, and explaining the same to the development team.

- Monitoring improving lead-to-login, login-to-approval & approval-to-disbursement ratios of the call-centres.

- Taking complete ownership of user experience across HL products.

- Create prototypes and design flow; present the mock designs to the team/ management and seek approval to take live.

- Driving digital penetration of customers through various initiatives and projects.

- Research new technological trends so as to figure out how to incorporate them into products.

- Lead the development of project plans, schedules, budgets, and appropriate systems documentation.

- Facilitate team input into various stages of product development and design.

- Define and analyse performance metrics & prepare project status and feature.

Qualifications and Experience :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (B.E., B.Tech, or MBA)

- 4 to 10 years of experience in managing Financial Products, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Home Loans

- Strong hands-on experience with core system servicing modules (Loan Management System)

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work effectively with vendors and business stakeholders

- Strong compliance and audit background
