Position : Product Manager - Home Loans / LAP

Reporting to : Business Head

Experience : 12 - 15 Years of experience in Home Loans / LAP with at least last 3 to 4 years in Product management

Qualification : MBA

Location : Chennai

Responsibilities :

- Identify new segments and map new product variants to those segments

- Competitor mapping of products and sizing market potential

- Identify new channels for lead sourcing - differentiated payouts / incentives schemes to grow the business

- Improve the approval rates,

- Track and reduce TAT in the disbursement process

- Devise policy for new product variants and ensure launch of the same

- Ensure RBI compliance in product and process

- Increase Sales Team productivity through incentives

- Business Analytics and Portfolio Profitability

- Initial sales & Credit experience would be preferred, Banking & NBFC combination would also be good to have.
