Currently we have an opening for Product Manager - Home Loan in a leading NBFC. Below are the details.

Positions - Product Manager-Home Loan

Location - Mumbai

Job Details:

Major Deliverables

- Market knowledge of Home Loan and its application in driving volumes

- Designing marketing and product level initiatives and fruitful tie-ups with Developers / builders.

- Setting the right system and processes for support of field sales team

- Achieving the set segment wise targets with best rates.

- Segmentation of the product portfolios and ensure selling profitability.

Specialized job competencies:

- To network and establish relationships with builders / clients with the objective of facilitating the performance of the product.

- Coordinating with sales, credit and risk team in respect of capturing inputs from market

- To develop and modify product and policies suitable to driving business targets

Desired Experience: 6 to 10 years experience, out of which a minimum of 2 in home Loan/home Equity / Developer Fund.
