Product Manager - Home Loan - NBFC

JOB DESCRIPTION -

Key accountabilities:

- Design and execute timely product schemes to drive the business strategy - Product

- Strive to execute and drive competitive product offerings through proper and timely competition analysis - Product

- Responsible to drive pricing parameter set at the business level through proper design of the scheme chart to manage yield targets - Product

- Work closely with Tech team to drive timely Digital initiatives - Product

- Prepare budget in coordination with Finance and product Head - Strategy

- Work on building comprehensive competition analysis Product

- Review actual against budget in all aspects, productivity, profitability, minute analysis of P&L - Strategy

- Work on executive presentations - Strategy

- Drive alliance and cross sell business - Product

- Owner of all variable pay structures to Business channels - Product

- Support product head on collections management - Collections

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

- CA with 2-3 years min of experience

- Proficiency of MS office

- Sound understanding of Retail business processes and digital aspects

- Good to have - Experience in LAP & HL (Product & Sales Strategy in NBFC / Banking)
