Qualification: MBA / CA / Postgraduate

Relevant Experience: 3-4 years

Job Responsibilities:

- Define & develop products and program for HL / LAP customers.

- Documentation of Revision in existing product policy and loan documents as per guidelines and competition benchmarking.

- To review cost / revenue levers of products and define product pricing for new product releases to meet revenue and & profitability goals.

- Managing Audit Findings with respect to enhancement in policies and procedures for their validation.

- Co-work with operations team to define and improvise product related branch & central ops process.

- Drive customer acquisition & explore new channels for Lead funnel generation

- Manage and analyze portfolio quality w.r.t benchmarking. Review of Portfolio with Senior management.

- Identify and define Customer Segments for quality and focused acquisition.

- Conducting market / competition analysis.
