Product Manager - HNW - BFS

Position : Product Manager HNW

Location: Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities -

- Handling the region for HNI portfolio - for products including Credit Card, Digital, AL, PL, Insurance, CASA

- Impact analysis on key HNW parameters such as relationship growth, Profitability and engagement.

- Making review visits to the branches & customers in the region.

- Implementing effective Customer Engagement Process

- Exception tracking and Reporting

- Perform Quality Checks on Customer Profilers.

- Ownership of Underperforming resources , units and Engagement with them for handholding.

- Identify areas of process improvement. Review and analysis of complaints for process improvement.

- Handling NRI customer segment will be an added advantage.

Qualification : MBA

Experience range: 6-8 years
