Product Manager Customer experience on app (Series A healthtech venture)
Responsibilities
1. As a product manager, you will take end to end ownership of app to improve customer experience, identify customer requirements, define the product vision, creating preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the product roadmap.
2. Analyze the effectiveness of the current features and define ways to improve them in order to increase daily user engagement based on analytics data and good understanding of customer needs.
3. Work closely with the design & development teams to explain requirements of new features and change requests for current features.
4. Closely manage rollout of all product requirements with focus on both quality and time to market.
5. In charge of market analysis, product analysis, business cases, product evolution, feature prioritization, high level requirement gathering, and product marketing.
Skill Sets :
1. At least 2 years of experience in product management in the relevant domain.
2. The perfect candidate has to be a strategic thinker who is extremely analytical and detail oriented and great at multitasking and prioritizing. 3. Candidate should be good at UX design part.
