- Brand Alliances & Business Development
- Key Account Management & Vendor Development
- Business Analysis, forecasting & Inventory Management.
- Category Management
- Responsible for all product requirements & metrics (downloads, engagement, conversion, retention, rating etc.).
- Responsible for setting up methodology of product development.
- Developing marketing plan for launch of brands.
- Using analytics & ROI analysis to understand performance & future course of action.
- Ideate & create the brand plan as a process to establish brand positioning.
- Development of marketing strategies & brand building exercises to increase the market share.
- Optimizing effective pricing strategy and brand partnerships
- Product development and strategic solutions development.
- Portfolio enrichment based on customer insights derived from market research and data analytics
- Aligning both internal and external stake-holders for brand launches and creating business processes.
- Bringing competitive advantage by providing robust, scalable and customized solutions.
- Providing business insights to senior leadership based on Market Analysis
- Strategizing and developing future Roadmap and potential areas.
- Supporting Sales activities, Cross selling and creating new business opportunities
- Identifying pain areas of customer and proactively proposing solutions along with benefits and value adds
- Analyzing the business need and proposing the required features to capture business critical processes
- Improve visibility on website through mailers, banners, web page design to improve sales
- Ensure that product descriptions and technical specifications are explained in simple customer centric language to attract customers.
- Gather, track, synthesize, and disseminate intelligence, data analytics regarding new business opportunities and to develop strategies in line with new business trends
- Working in close collaboration with various technical and operational teams to propose solution which helps customer's customer
