Product Manager - Healthcare & Medical Insurance

We are 10 year old established product company expanding Product Portfolio into other Industry.

Position: Product Manager - Healthcare Medical Insurance

Location: Bangalore, India

Experience: 6+ Yrs

Education: Preferably Degree in Engineering with Post graduation in Management

What you expect -

- End to end ownership of a product lifecycle & roadmap.

- Work across functions to ideate, conceptualize new products, add features, improve product adoption. Build business cases, pitch ideas, and gain buy-in from stakeholders.

- Benchmarking, market analysis to determine customer needs, industry direction, competitive landscape and market positioning and overall product strategy.

- Evaluates new product/customization viability, prioritize to arrive at go/no-go decision for product(s). Turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into clear action plans, KPIs & milestones.

- Balance the products- short-term & long-term roadmap by prioritizing backlogs & market demand.

- Translates the user stories into specification, deliver product requirements to all stakeholders with a detailed PRD.

- Architect features to be developed from backend and frontend perspective.

- Subject matter expert in Insurance domain.

- Worked on building AI driven Medical Insurance product.

- Product Manager who knows in & out of Technologies and domain experience (Medical insurance in Claiming)

We are looking for:

- BE/BTech + MBA from good institution with 4+ years in product management.

- Must have crafted & build products in Healthcare Medical Insurance (Mainly in Medical Insurance Claiming)

- High attention to detail and visual presentation.

- Proven track record of shipping products to market on time.

- Must be from software development background

- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate complex/competing ideas to all stake holders
