Product Manager - Healthcare/Insurance Domain - FinTech

We are a SAAS based Fin-Tech product technology company in B2B & B2C Business segment.

Position : Product Manager

Location : Bangalore, India

Experience : with 3+ years in product management (Health care/Insurance domain)

Preferably someone who can join us immediately or can join in short notice.

Responsibilities :

- You will help form vision, road-map, and goals for the product

- End to end ownership of a product life-cycle & road-map

- Work across functions to ideate, conceptualize new products, add features, improve product adoption. Build business cases, pitch ideas, and gain buy-in from stakeholders

- Bench-marking, market analysis to determine customer needs, industry direction, competitive landscape and market positioning and overall product strategy

- Evaluates new product/customization viability, prioritize to arrive atgo/no-go decision for product(s). Turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into clear action plans, KPIs & milestones

- Balance the products- short-term &long-term road-map by prioritizing backlogs & market demand

- Translates the user stories into specification, deliver product requirements to all stakeholders with a detailed PRD

Must Have Skills :

- 3+ years in a market-facing product management role defining and delivering enterprise-class cloud software on web, or mobile, platforms.

- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience building/shipping technical products.

- 3+ years experience working in healthcare IT, or a healthcare software development organization.

- Successfully launched a cloud solution at an enterprise SaaS, or PaaS company.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban and using tools like Jira, Rally, Microsoft Teams and/or Confluence.

- Experience driving product vision, strategic product roadmap(s), go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.

- Experience working with and driving cross-functional teams to execute.

- High attention to detail and visual presentation

- Proven track record of shipping products to market on time
