Given the strong growth trajectory, the brand is all set for profitability within the next 2 years. They're creating a new brand with a unique story and are looking for a team to help us grow our business. You'd be joining a young, hungry team with a culture of honesty, humility, and hard work.
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and help us build and maintain our e-commerce app. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management and experience leading features. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for prioritizing features, leading feature development, and ensuring data-driven decision-making throughout the product development process. You will also work closely with the data lead to track and analyze data and traffic as part of the feature development process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of our e-commerce app
- Prioritize features based on hypothesis-driven feature prioritization and data-driven decision-making
- Work closely with the data lead to track and analyze data and traffic as part of the feature development process
- Ensure that all features meet business and technical requirements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and customer support, to ensure that all features are developed and launched successfully
- Manage the product development process, from ideation to launch and beyond
- Monitor and analyze product performance, and continuously iterate and improve the product
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in product management and e-commerce
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 1-4 years of experience in product management or a related field
- Experience leading features and working with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience with data tracking and analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with e-commerce and app development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
