About our Client - Our client is a global leader in the Orthopedics industry with a known name in the field of Orthopedic implants. They have a presence across over 40 countries with direct operations in these regions and a global turnover of over $8bn. Our client is looking for an individual to lead the marketing efforts for their Knee portfolio in India.

Job Description - Reporting to the Marketing Head, you will be responsible for:

- Develops the strategic Marketing Plan for Knees Segments under the guidance of the Marketing Manager

- Participates in the development of marketing objectives, strategies, advertising and promotion programmes and ensure their execution for both existing and new products in Knees Portfolio

- Analyzes market trends and sales potential and review sales forecasts for use in planning and inventory control.

- Planning and coordination to support local/regional/national conventions and professional exhibitions to maintain company image and remain aware of product requirements and new market opportunities

- Prepare regular report on marketing activities, product launches, promotion, strategies to achieve sales targets and monitoring of competitors activities

- Liaises with the National and Regional Sales heads of the SBU to ensure ongoing understanding of marketing issues/opportunities through regular interaction and attending sales meetings

- Key driver in preparation and planning for regional launch of new products.

- Maintains contact with key customers & key accounts to follow up promotion efforts and support on needs of the sales force

The Successful Candidate - You will be an MBA in Marketing with atleast 4-8 years experience in the Healthcare/FMCG/FMCD/Telecom industry. You will have a good understanding of the healthcare industry and the marketing activities in this sector. You will have excellent communication skills and should have a hunger for growth.
