Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities
- brand strategy and roadmap
- develop core positioning and messages for the brand
- design & develop materials for establishing brand positioning & messages
- organizing activities like CME’s and participation in conferences
- training of sales team in association with Medical team
- set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
- analyze brand performance on regular basis
- identify new product launch opportunities
Special Tasks
- writing of marketing SOP’s
- participation in target & incentive setting
- monitoring of KOL investment and analyzing ROI
- help monitoring inventory and expiry management
Requisite Qualification & Experience:
Qualification: B.Pharm with MBA (Mktg) or B.Sc. with MBA (Mktg)
Prior Experience: 3 – 4 years in PMT preferably handling Oncology brands
