Job Title: Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and define product priorities.
2. Product Roadmap:
- Create and maintain a product roadmap outlining key initiatives, features, and enhancements based on business priorities, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Prioritize features and requirements to ensure timely delivery of high-impact product enhancements.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to drive product development efforts.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, provide updates, and solicit feedback.
4. Product Development and Execution:
- Lead the product development process from concept to launch, including defining requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure that product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
5. Product Performance and Optimization:
- Monitor key product metrics and KPIs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Iterate on the product based on user feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis to continuously optimize user experience and drive growth.
6. Market and Competitive Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and threats.
- Analyze market data and customer insights to make data-driven decisions and drive product innovation.
7. Product End-of-Life Management:
- Develop and execute plans for product discontinuation or end-of-life (EOL) strategies, including inventory management and customer communication.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to minimize disruption and maximize value during product transitions or retirements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field with an MBA or advanced degree.
- Proven experience of 10-15 yrs. as a product manager or similar role, preferably in the IVD or med-tech space. Ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans.
- Strong understanding of product management methodologies, agile development practices, and product lifecycle management. Passionate about understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and consensus building skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex data, draw insights, and make data driven decisions. Committed to achieving measurable results and driving business impact.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and pivot quickly in response to changes.
- Experience with product management tools as well as proficiency in using analytics and visualization tools.
