Hiring for a Leading bank

Role - Product Manager GB (up to AVP grade)

Location - Delhi / Mumbai / Kolkata

Job Responsibilities:

- Identifying and driving various revenue opportunities.

- Doing industry benchmarking to understand latest market trends and products

- Verification of Invoice bills received from vendors

- Handling Payment Gateway customer/citizens calls for transactions and refund related queries, for specific projects.

- Coordinating with CMS team for taking up various customer requirements & resolving customer related issues.

- Sending periodic Collection reports to Bank customers.

- Maintaining various customer specific data at back end. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional teams Job Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint.

- Applicant should have minimum 4 years of experience in product management. Should have good business analytical capability.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Good communication skills

- Persuasive qualities required when dealing with vendors or other stake holders
