Product Manager - Global Consulting Firm - Contractual

Our client, a global consulting firm, is engaged in a digital transformation exercise for a major public sector bank in India.

For this transformation initiative, they are seeking an adept Product Manager to spearhead agile garages, collaborating closely with users to orchestrate the conception, creation, and successful release of innovative products. This critical role involves seamless coordination with both internal and external engineering teams to ensure the realization of these initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Leading agile garages to foster collaborative ideation, design, and development of innovative products.

- Orchestrating engagement with users to ensure their insights are incorporated into product design.

- Collaborating closely with internal and external engineering teams to drive successful product development.

- Overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from inception through launch.

- Navigating dynamic challenges and fostering cross-functional teamwork to ensure project success.

- Reporting directly to the project lead, providing crucial updates on progress, challenges, and successes.

- Contributing to the bank's overarching digital transformation strategy by delivering impactful products.

Your Background:

- Experienced Product Manager with a proven record of overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle in the banking and payments industry.

- Demonstrated history of developing products tailored for Indian banking contexts.

- Proficiency in agile methodologies, user-centered design, and cross-functional collaboration.

- Familiarity with fintech trends, hands-on experience with product development processes.

This opportunity will be on an initial 12-month contract. The project is based out of Mumbai, and the consultant would need to be onsite for the entirety of the project duration.
