Product Manager - Gaming Platform

He/she will be responsible to plan, manage and implement schedules to ensure deadlines are met and maintain a high-quality standard of product, live-ops and delivery. He/she will be working closely with our design, business, engineering and operations team to comprehend user faced hurdles, brainstorm and curate beautiful solutions and also ensure that Big Cash grows manifolds. This role would provide him/her with an opportunity to join a small team with big ambitions and grow products from scratch.

Job Description :

- Design and iterate on product features; focus on improving monetization as well as retention, user experience, and customer acquisition

- Research trends on game platform regarding player behaviour, ask thought-provoking questions, and identify opportunities to level up our own products and influence the product roadmap.

- Coordinate with production and marketing to implement and launch new game features

- Measure the success of your product features after release and optimize their performance through rapid, data-driven iteration

- Own feature lifecycle from conception to live analysis and optimization through rapid, data-driven iteration

- Collaborate with various stakeholders to set objectives and key results, partnering with producers and analysts to drive the experimentation roadmap and validation of the critical business questions.

- Develop and test hypotheses to improve all game KPIs. Turn data into insights and make recommendations for the game development team to continuously improve our games.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in a product management role. Passion for games is a plus.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree, preferably in a quantitative discipline, e.g., Mathematics / Statistics / Economics / Finance / Engineering / Computer Science.

- Strong analytics and problem-solving skills, including good use of insights to vet product ideas.

- Experience with data driven decision-making processes.

- Strong team communicator with an ability to unite subject experts to take on complex problems.

- Great attention to detail coupled with the ability to see the bigger picture and prioritize competing needs versus deadlines.
