Experience: 2.0 - 5.0 Years

Must-Have: min 2 yrs of product experience in the gaming domain

Your responsibilities:

- Work closely with Community Leaders to understand their behavior, journey, and growth hurdles

- Strategize and own long term product roadmap with supporting success metrics

- Gamify community leader journey to grow

- Reimagine users flows for assisted behavior of community leaders

- Build a social community experience for leaders and customers

Your skills and experience:

- Engineering/MBA from Tier-1 colleges (IITs/IIMs)

- 2-3 years of product experience in the gaming domain

- Strong understanding of using social connections and gamification to drive user engagement

- Experience in making data-driven analytical decisions with strong analytical and quantitative skills
