Role :
- To develop food & bakery application.
- Understanding of the Bakery Ingredients and Their Performance in Bakery Products.
- Bakery Ingredients Advice and Support to Lead Applications Team as per Customer Brief.
- Product Development and Food Ingredient Application.
- Technical Marketing of the entire ingredient-product portfolio pan India.
- Offering technical support to the customers by recipe formulation.
- Manage Technical Service Lab in India for Sales and Distribution Team.
- Manage technical service activities and optimize resources allocations, with the aim of continuous improvement.
- Identifying opportunities together with the sales team and doing projects with the key customers.
- New product development and launch as per the customer's needs .
- Provide technical training to teams when required and serve as a technical mentor to team members (Technical support, NPD & QA).
- Co-ordinating with Sales and Marketing Team for Market Penetration pan India.
- Handle customers' enquiries on regulatory issues through issuance of statements and completion of such questionnaires.
- Provide regular and timely update of local food regulations.
