Product Manager - Food AI Firm

We want to be the most preferred Food AI company in the world. We- re making it possible by building an AI-powered SaaS platform based on our founders- experience in the Food Industry & AI.

We raised S$1.5Mn in our Seed Funding from the Govt. of Singapore and also investors from Silicon Valley and are closing our Series A round soon. We are building a global company and are already working with customers across the globe. Our customers include Fortune 500 companies and FMCG brands.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR A PRODUCT MANAGER

We are looking for a T-shaped person who is passionate about product management. As a member of the Product Team, you will be owning the enhancements on the current product line while building new product lines. By working in close collaboration with our Data Science, Engineering, Insights, Sales and Marketing Team, you will have a chance to shape the future of Ai Palette from a product angle.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Be the CEO of the Product

2. Refine the Product Strategy and Roadmap for the existing product line and define the same for the new product lines.

3. Understand in depth the market, technology, competitors and customer needs to carve out the go-to market

4. Improve product programs to improve customer Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and customer retention

5. Lead and drive engineering teams and project management on strategic goals and customer outcomes through an agile development process.

6. Ship new AI technologies in the product such as vernacular NLP and personalization that operate at global scale

7. Maintain the highest level of detailed documentations when it comes to Product and its Features

8. Ensure consistent adoption of product management best practices across all functions
