Designation : Product Manager
Job Role : Drive the Marketing Activities for a given product or products; enhance market penetration and sales volume
Job Description :
- Planning and development of a given product ( or products).
- Understanding the Market requirement and positioning the product strongly in the market .
- Extensively drive product level penetration plan
- Development, evaluation and the management of overall Product strategy.
- Developing business for the given product. Implementing the sales and marketing strategy for the given product.
- Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product.
- Responsible for preparing product forecasts, and constantly monitoring inventory levels held at central and interstate warehouses including liaison with production (factory) to ensure supply timelines.
- Assist with the development of the annual marketing plan and for controlling advertising, promotion and sales aid.
- Drive the Marketing Activities in the region/product enhance market penetration and sales volume.
- Business and development : communicates the value propositions of the products to the sales team and develops the sales tools that support the selling process.
- Demand Generation : develop strategies to manage the programs that drive demand for products.
- Assist the sales training on product positioning
- Ensure all sales members can internalize and clearly communicate the product positioning and message.
Desired Profile :
Age : Upto 30 years
Educational Qualification : MBA or Equivalent in Sales & Marketing from Reputed Institute
Experience (yrs & type) : 5 Years of experience in Sales & Marketing with minimum one year experience in Marketing Activations & Product Development.
Candidate should be open to locate anywhere in India
Preferred Industry/Co.Type : FMGC,Consumer Durable,Building Materials.
