Job Description :
- Monitor Product group wise sales on a monthly basis and raise timely alert / Strategize Launch plan for new product as per pre-decided objectives and targeted launch dates.
- Suggest corrective solution to state in charge and help them implement those with appropriate marketing support either through Sales Promotion, ATL, and Price Correction etc.
- Develop review mechanism to monitor initiatives undertaken.
- Liase with design / production for cost reduction
- Workout appropriate pricing for each product based on competitor.
- Strategize for each state a healthy product mix for delivering profits goals.
- Monitor Post Schemes / Promotion result and share learning for non repetition of errors/implementation flaws.
- Monitor efficiency of marketing spends and develop integrated Marketing processes and activities.
- Create a cost efficient Service Infrastructure / review inventory on monthly basis.
Required Skills :
- Excellent Communication and Analytical skills. Experience in planning marketing
- Strategies and successful public relations effort.
- Strong leadership skills and negotiation skills
