PRODUCT MANAGER

The incumbent shall be based at the corporate HO of the company and shall report to the group product head and marketing head. He/she shall be assisted by a team of dy brand managers/executives and shall be handling a portfolio of multiple parle brands for biscuits and confectionery category.

Location: Mumbai

Product to be handled - FMCG food Industry pref - we shall prefer candidates from FMCG food/non food, FMCD or consumer durable companies including electronics. Candidates working in pharma companies with an exposure to OTC products can also be considered. Candidate from agri product or food processing background can also be considered if handling a similar role.

Age band - between 27 to 38 years old.

Gender pref - male or female

Qualifications req: graduate & MBA with good English communication as befitting a premium brand. MBA degree in Marketing is mandatory. Pass out of 2004/05/06 batch ideally. Candidates who have passed out after 2006 shall not be considered. Person should be a full time MBA only and part time MBA's shall not be considered

Experience and skills req: Min. 6-8 yrs of experience in any of the following areas

1) Brand Management in Consumer product / FMCG / Consumer durables OR

2) Working in Advertising agency & handling FMCG / Consumer durables brands OR

3) Working in Market research agency handling FMCG / Consumer durables brands

Desired Profile :

1. Excellent Communication Skills, convincing skill, presentation, computer knowledge.

2. Candidates from the Similar Industries.

Soft Skills req: The incumbent should have exceptional leadership, excellent communication & presentation skills. He/she should embody good planning skills and have a high level of energy and initiative. Be result-oriented.
