ROLE PROFILE

Job Title - Product Manager

Reports To – Business Head

Industry - FMCG

CTC : 8-10 L/A

Purpose of Role

Manage the performance and strategy of the brand through development and flawless implementation of the brand plans and intense focus on the Key Growth drivers. The incumbent will be expected to manage the P&L for the brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Managing the budget on the brand to ensure the aligned KPIs are delivered

2. Rigorous M&Es of all activities to ensure the pre- aligned KPIs are being delivered

3. Advertising & Promotions for both BTL campaigns & ATL activations.

4. Conduct promotions & communicate with consumers.

5. Build marketing strategy to drive growth, improve brand equity & grow market share.

6. Developing brand communication, conceptualizing & developing the brand experiential platform to accelerate recruitment into the brand

7. Deliver the brands’ objectives by managing the brands’ P&L and brand health, flawlessly implementing all key initiatives in time and in-line with budget. Manage total A&P budget & track brand performance

8. Improve efficiency of marketing programs by measuring & evaluating all activities and drawing concrete learnings

9. Manage all the relevant agencies on the brand (Creative, Digital, PR, Activations, etc) to deliver the targeted outcomes

10. Develop an engaging platform on digital to elevate the brand agenda to a significantly higher level in terms of imagery and engagement

11. Develop strategic recommendations to seek opportunities to accelerate growth and share gains

Qualifications and Experience Required

- Graduate, MBA from Tier I+ institute,

- 4-5 years+ work experience, Product Management background preferred.

- 2-3 years of Sales experience will be an added advantage

- You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Efficiency of marketing programs by measuring & evaluating all activities

- Developing an engaging platform on digital to elevate the brand agenda

- Developing strategic recommendations to seek new opportunities for the brand

The Successful Applicant

- Full time MBA from Premier B School

- 4+ years Experience in Sales and Marketing

- 1-2 years of sales experience or advertising experience along with FMCG marketing will be huge advantage

- Only core FMCG experience will be considered

- Only Candidates based in Maharahtra should apply
