Position : Product Manager
Department : Marketing
Engineering and Business degree desirable, Ability to manage operational and strategic aspects concurrently 4 - 8 years
Key Responsibilities & goals :
- Responsible for understanding the relevant Product with competitive service differentiation.
- Understanding, maintaining, and implementing the Local Strategy and its inherent initiatives.
- Creation of detailed projects plans (roadmap) and agreement of responsibilities and budgets with stakeholders in company and Region Asia
- Work closely with MO Marketing responsible and partners to assure aligned and consistent service set-up and communication to customers. Liaisons with MO Marketing Communication, PMs, SMs and other stakeholders, clearly
- Produce and conduct any training initiatives necessary to build Sales competence.
- Reporting, measuring and analysis
Essential knowledge, experiences and skills :
- Strong commercial acumen and marketing skills, e.g. market research, competitor sensing, product lifecycle, communications, merchandising, promotions, product launches and analysis
- Ability to work with large amounts of data (Excel / Access / Sap / BW) to make concise conclusions for current status and future decision
- Project management skills to be able to construct and implement work plans, e.g. for product launches, initiative roll-outs
- In-depth understanding of profitability drivers (channel / product / trade mix / price)
- Customer focused and responds to internal and external customer requests on a timely basis
- Track and measure KPIs and be able to put in place corrective actions quickly and effectively
- Fluent English
