Job Description : Product Manager - Fixed Income

- Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies in alignment with company goals and market needs. Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.

- Product Development: Lead the product development process from concept to delivery, overseeing all aspects including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and release management.

- Product Performance: Monitor and analyse product performance metrics, including usage data, adoption rates, customer engagement, sales drive and revenue growth. Identify areas for improvement and optimization, and implement strategies to enhance product performance and achieve business objectives.

- Risk Management & Compliance: Identify and mitigate risks related to product development, launch, and ongoing management. Ensure compliance to all regulatory requirement and updation from time to time basis changes.

- Revenue Management: Responsible for ensuring the revenue targets are delivered through Online & various Sales Channel.

- Partner Management & related activities: New partner tie up and management of existing partner ensuring availability of their products and process to be up to-date along with pay-out negotiations and timely pay-out as well.

- Product Champion: Responsible for developing product training modules and imparting training of sales force thereafter. Manage & maintain online platform to drive DIY business.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, Analytics, IT, Projects, Operations, compliance and customer support to ensure successful product development and launch.
