Product Manager - Fixed Deposit

Qualifications:

- Candidate with minimum 5+ years of experience working on Fixed Deposit - Product Management

- Qualified CA/MBA (Finance/Marketing)

Experience:

- Experience in interacting with investors/service providers/brokers

- Preparation of relevant FD related Board/ALCO/internal notes

- Understanding of required applicable regulations/compliance

- Preparation of various internal MIS as required for FDs

- Worked on digital platform towards mobilization of FD

- Interacting with internal stakeholders including auditors.

- Engage in all regulatory and compliance activities related to Fixed Deposits (FD) product being in public deposit accepting NBFC(HFC)

- Managing and improving back end of FD online portal/website of the company

- Risk & Control: Keep updates with all control groups who are directly or indirectly involved with FD Product

- Managing the FD Central team and assist in daily issue resolution Pan India

- Keeping track of bulk FD rates and publishing whenever required. Deciding and preparing brokerage and FD interest rates for ALCO and public disclosures.

Assist marketing team with promotional activities like designing, content creation, space management etc. for timely closure related to FD.
