Job Responsibilities
- Identify market opportunities and define the digital vision and strategy.
- Design, own and drive the digital product roadmap to achieve the company's digital vision
- Launch digital products end to end and own the product metrics.
- Hands-on experience across multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UI, sales, customer support, finance, legal and - marketing.
- Engage with cross-functional and business teams closely to build a business case, product scope, requirements, launch plan and training schedule.
- Work with engineering teams for solution design, prioritizing and create launch plans.
- Identify industry benchmarks for excellence in product experiences.
- Identify trends in the fintech industry, develop knack for next stage of industry evolution
Qualifications and Experience
- 8-10 years of experience with at least 6 years in product management.
- B. Tech. & MBA required.
- Experience with payments or credit products (fintech) experience preferred.
- Ability to gather and analyze large quantities of information, and turn them into insightful product recommendations and a compelling product vision.
- Ability to build and manage a cross functional team across functions.
- Ability to see the big picture, and identify how one's work gels into the company's fabric.
