Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with expert data scientists and AI engineers to integrate cutting-edge AI algorithms into our loyalty and rewards platform.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Over 6 years of experience in product management, with a strong emphasis on Loyalty and Rewards programs or other customer engagement initiatives.
- Proven success in launching and iterating Loyalty and Rewards products for financial services, demonstrating a track record of impactful results.
- Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about creating products that deliver value to both customers and the business.
- Strategic and logical thinker with excellent planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
